Wellderly was born from love, frustration, and a deep desire to do better for our aging community.
When I began searching for care for my aunt, I quickly realized how difficult and often disheartening the process could be. I saw how many families were forced to choose between affordability, quality, and dignity. I saw how isolating aging could become, especially for those with memory loss or unique cultural needs. And I knew there had to be a better way.
With a professional background in healthcare and a personal commitment to change, I founded Wellderly LLC Adult Day Services to provide what I wish had existed for my own family: a place where older adults are not only safe, but seen supported physically, emotionally, and socially in a vibrant, wellness-focused environment.
At Wellderly, we don't just care for clients we celebrate who they are.
We use evidence-based methods, including memory support activities and a Montessori-inspired approach, to preserve independence and improve daily life. Our team receives specialized training in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and personalized engagement, (because honoring a person’s background is key to supporting their future.)
Whether you’re a caregiver looking for relief or a partner hoping to invest in a better future for aging adults, Wellderly is more than a service, it’s a movement toward aging with purpose.
Our Mission
To reduce memory loss, delay institutional care, and create a sustainable model for aging in place — one rooted in wellness, equity, and respect.
Our Vision
To transform aging into a chapter of strength, purpose, and continued care.
License Status as of 2/26/26
Wellderly has received approval from the Minnesota Department of Human Services for an Adult Day Care licensing moratorium exception. The request was supported and submitted by Anoka County as the lead agency. The application is now moving forward through DHS’s formal licensing review and assignment to a licensor.
