Adult Day Care, now commonly referred to as Adult Day Services (ADS) in Minnesota, provides a safe, structured daytime program for older adults who need supervision, socialization, activities, meals, or support while continuing to live at home. Many families use ADS as a vital bridge between complete independence and more intensive care options like assisted living or nursing homes.

How It Works:
Participants attend one to five days a week, joining light exercise, games, crafts, group reminiscence, and individually designed tasks tailored to their life-acquired skills.

Our Program Offers:

• An affordable, safe, and engaging environment for older adults who need social connection or prompting.
• Essential respite for family caregivers, giving them dedicated time to work, rest, attend appointments, or manage other responsibilities.

 Wellderly is designed for adults age 55+ who may:

• Have memory loss or dementia

• Feel isolated at home

• Need daytime supervision or structure

• Benefit from socialization and routine

• Need cueing or reminders throughout the day

• Have caregivers who work or need respite

Many participants are still living at home with family.

The hourly care rate is less than in home care and includes snacks and meals. 

A full 6 hr day is $135 or $22.50 an hour.
